Child Safety Standards (CSAE)
Last updated: July 12, 2026 · Orbly
This page describes the published safety standards of the Orbly application (listed as “Orbly Social” on Google Play) against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Orbly is a social platform; these standards apply to all users.
1. Zero tolerance for CSAE
Orbly explicitly prohibits the sexual abuse and exploitation of children (CSAE). Sexual content directed at children, abuse imagery or videos (CSAM), and any content or conduct that promotes or facilitates the sexual exploitation of children are prohibited.
Content and accounts that violate this prohibition are removed immediately; accounts may be permanently closed. Orbly applies zero tolerance regarding CSAE/CSAM.
2. Age limit
Orbly is not directed to children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly allow users under 13 to create an account. Accounts found to belong to a user under 13 are closed; the related data is deleted or anonymized, subject to legal retention obligations.
3. Prohibited content and conduct
The following are prohibited on Orbly:
- CSAM: images, videos, text, or links that depict or involve children in a sexual context.
- Sexual solicitation, grooming, coercion, or exploitation directed at children.
- Content that promotes, glorifies, or distributes child abuse.
- Misuse of a minor's identifying information or location.
4. In-app reporting
Users can report inappropriate content or conduct from the post, profile, or user menu, on both the Orbly mobile app and the web. Child-safety concerns can be reported through the same reporting mechanism.
Reports are forwarded to the moderation team and reviewed as soon as possible, with a target of 24 hours. Content suspected of urgent CSAE/CSAM is reviewed on a priority basis.
5. Response to CSAM
When Orbly obtains actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE, it removes the content, suspends or permanently closes the relevant account, and may preserve evidence for legal proceedings.
Confirmed CSAM is reported to the relevant national or regional authorities in accordance with applicable child-safety law (for example, the competent law-enforcement/police units in Turkey; NCMEC or equivalent bodies in an international context).
6. Compliance with law
Orbly commits to complying with child-safety and CSAM-related laws in the regions where it operates. Lawful requests from competent authorities are evaluated and responded to within the framework of applicable law.
7. Child-safety contact point
Designated contact for CSAE/CSAM reports from Google Play and competent authorities:
Email: xaliakkus@gmail.com
General support: info@orbly.social · https://orbly.social/support
This person is authorized to provide information about Orbly's child-safety practices, CSAM-prevention processes, and compliance with the Google Play Child Safety Standards Policy.
8. Review
These standards are reviewed periodically. Material changes are updated on this page. The last-updated date appears at the top of the page.
