Orbly Match is a casual puzzle game (match tiles in a tray, plus optional mini-games). This policy explains what information the app may process.

Information we collect

On device (local progress)

The app stores gameplay progress on your device (for example: unlocked levels, stars, coins, lives, settings, language preference). This data stays on your device unless you clear app data or uninstall.

No account required

Orbly Match does not require creating an account or signing in to play.

Optional analytics / ads / purchases (when enabled)

Future or store-configured builds may use:

  • In-app purchases (processed by Apple App Store or Google Play — we do not receive your full payment card details)
  • Advertising (for example Google AdMob), which may use device advertising identifiers subject to your OS privacy settings
  • Crash / diagnostic data provided by the OS or store tooling

If a feature is turned off in a given release, related third-party SDKs may still be present in the binary but not used to show ads or process purchases until enabled.

How we use information

  • To save your game progress and preferences
  • To provide optional store purchases and (when enabled) ads
  • To fix bugs and improve the game

We do not sell your personal information.

Third parties

Depending on platform and feature flags, processing may involve:

  • Apple (App Store, StoreKit, device services)
  • Google (Play Billing, AdMob, Play services — Android / when enabled)

Their privacy policies apply to their services.

Children’s privacy

Orbly Match is a general-audience casual game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for the purpose of selling data. Parents who believe a child provided personal information can contact us to request deletion where applicable.

Your choices

  • Reset or delete local progress by clearing app data or uninstalling
  • Manage tracking / advertising preferences in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security (and Android advertising settings)
  • Contact us to ask questions about this policy

Data retention

Local progress remains until you clear it or uninstall. Store purchase records are retained by Apple/Google according to their policies.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change; continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy where permitted by law.
