1. Acceptance

You must be at least 13 years old to use Orbly. By using the Platform, you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the community guidelines.

2. Zero-tolerance policy

Orbly applies zero tolerance toward harassment, hate speech, threats, incitement to violence, sexual abuse content, unlawful activity, spam, and other harmful content.

Content that violates these rules is removed; accounts are permanently closed for repeated or serious violations. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.

3. User content

You are solely responsible for the posts, replies, messages, and media you share. You must not publish content that infringes the rights of others.

You can report content that troubles you or block other users. Blocking immediately removes that user's content from your feed and sends a notification to the developer.

4. Moderation and reports

You can file a content report from the post or profile menu. Reports are forwarded to our moderation team and processed within 24 hours.

The developer reserves the right to remove harmful content and to suspend or permanently close accounts.

5. Blocking

When you block a user, that person's posts are removed from your feed, the follow relationship is terminated, and an inappropriate-content report is generated.

6. Account and deletion

You can permanently delete your account at any time from Settings > Account. Deletion cannot be undone; your profile and content are anonymized or removed.
