The expression & visibility pledge
Last updated: July 12, 2026 · Orbly
Orbly is not a thought-policing platform. The default here is simple: you can say what you think. The only layer of restriction is legal necessity — not platform ideology.
1. The visibility promise
We do not quietly reduce a post's reach because of an opinion, criticism, humor, or dissent (no shadowban culture here).
The default main feed is chronological (Following). The "For you" tab is optional and does not apply opinion-based penalty ranking.
2. Your control
Mute, block, and "don't show me this" are personal filters. These are not platform censorship; they manage your own timeline.
3. The legal floor
Child abuse content and other legally prohibited content is removed. This is not the imposition of "correct thinking" — it is the legal and app-store baseline.
Legal removals are summarized in the public moderation log (without personal data).
4. Appeal
If your content was removed, you can appeal through support. Write "Appeal" in the subject line; include the post or report ID if possible.
